After working very closely with Dr. Nicole Davis and the support staff for several months due to my "high maintenance" eyes, I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of care that I get from First Eye Care (F.E.C). Dr. Davis is very passionate about her job, energetic, and friendly. She is very determined to get my best visual acuities. Therefore, she keeps me informed about the progress of my vision and her next plan of action regarding my needs.
Most of my experiences with medical service providers is that you either like the doctor and don't care too much for the support staff, or you like the performance of the support staff and not the doctor. At F.E.C, I get the best of both and that's rare!
In many cases, you can tell a lot about the quality of care you will receive by the function of the front desk staff as they are the nucleus of the office, and the team members that patients communicate with the most. The front desk staff at F.E.C are always professional, pleasant, and very patient with me.
In addition, I also appreciate how the billing statement is designed as the layout is easy to follow. So as the patient, you know what you have paid for out-of-pocket and what your medical insurance has paid. This will come in handy during tax season! :-) So, kudos to the finance staff as well.
